1. The uploaded file of the customer is always contained in the respective order.
(Uploaded images wich are nor ordered are not saved and not visible for the merchant).

2. Open an order. If a file was uploaded from your customer, there will be a link in the product visible.

3. Click on the link to open the image. The image will open in a new tab as a preview.
You can download it by clicking the Download button.
